Scope of works:

1. Hard Landscap

• Pathways maintenance (interlocks & kerbstones): fill gaps with cement (as needed).
• Pergola maintenance.
• Benches maintenance.
• Gabions, Gravels and wood mulch maintenance.
• Water features maintenance.

2. Replacement of Plants

• Maintenance of all existing plants, including grass, palms, shrubs, ground covers and seasonal flowers
• Replacement of any dead soft landscape.
• Improvement of new areas by grass and trees and supply and install irrigation system to new area.
